Our goal at Rock-Tech is to properly support our customers, every step of the way. That’s why we created Tech-Care, our advanced support package.
Becoming a Tech-Care member gives you peace of mind, knowing that a team of professionals is on hand for anything you need. Tech-Care comes with the following benefits:
- A yearly visit, for in-depth consultation and routine servicing. You’ll receive a written report after every visit.
- A 10% discount on all Rock-Tech training and servicing.
- Unlimited telephone and email support.
You also have the opportunity to add “bolt-on” engineer days to your package at a discounted rate, helping you avoid unbudgeted costs. We’ll spread the cost of these visits over the year, and if you finish the year with visits remaining, we’ll simply roll them over to next year.
You might use these days for –
- Scheduled servicing of equipment – cable repairs, projector cleaning...
- PAT testing
- Pre-booked emergency visits, just in case!
Tech-Care is available to any venue, whether you’re an existing Rock‐Tech customer or not.
